Please post your campus 2006 OSHA injury/illness summary. This summary should be posted in a common display area where notices to employees are usually posted.

This summary must list the total number of job-related injuries and illnesses that occured in 2006 and were entered on the OSHA 300 form.

This summary posting must be displayed from February 1, 2007 until April 30, 2007.
