To use our online catalog to see if we have the material you want:
- Click on http://fire.mnpals.net
- Click on the "Search for" button
- Type in your search
- If you want to change search options, use the pull down menu to the left of the "Search for" box. You can specify the title, author, or subject if you already know what you are searching for.
- Click on a title in the results page to see details about it
- The Library "Availability" column shows if the item is "available" or checked out.
- To link from the Fire/EMS/Safety Library catalog directly to the U.S. Fire Academy Library, click on "Other Libraries and Collections" in the upper right of the screen. You can see some other useful search options.
Contact the Fire/EMS/Safety librarian (see information below) to see if materials are available for loan. In some instances the material can be mailed to you.
Hours & Locations:
We are open from 8:30 a.m.—4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, there are times when we are at a meeting. To save yourself time, please call ahead.
